All service shipments received at UEi are scheduled as normal turn around and prioritized as first come first serve.
Priority service is available by appointment.
If your UEi combustion analyzer needs to be serviced quickly, just call in advance to schedule a guaranteed one (1)
business day turnaround to repairs received at UEi service department before 11:00 am*.

What is covered:
• Repair parts and labor, or replacement at UEI's option.
What is not covered:
• Transportation charges to the company and consumable items such as batteries and fuses.
• Damages from abuse or improper maintenance, see operating instructions. Any other expense.
• Consequential Damages, incidental damages, or incidental expense, including damages to property.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation ofincidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
To obtain warranty repair, attach your name, address, phone number, a description of the
problem, and your proof of purchase of the unit. Package securely and return to UEi. The
unit will be repaired at no charge if under warranty and returned freight prepaid. A charge
for repair or replacement, and return shipping, will be applied if the product is out of
warranty or has been misused.
Any implied warranties arising out of the sale of a UEi product, including but not limited to
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the
express warranty. The manufacturer shall not be liable for loss of use of the
instrument or other incidental or consequential damages, expenses, or economic loss, or
for any claim or claims for such damage, expenses or economic loss.
